Elon Musk's Meme Comparing Justin Trudeau to Adolf Hitler

In his latest “joking” tweet, Elon Musk compared Justin Trudeau, the Canadian Prime Minister, to the German dictator Adolf Hitler.

“Stop comparing me to Justin Trudeau. I had a budget.” That’s what Musk wrote on the image of Hitler that he shared on Twitter on Thursday morning.

But after a huge backlash on him, Musk deleted the tweet.
As an example, Auschwitz Museum wrote “Using the image of Adolf Hitler and therefore exploiting the tragedy of all people who suffered, were humiliated, tortured and murdered by the totalitarian regime of Nazi Germany created by him is sad and disturbing. It disrespects the memory of all victims and hurts many people.”

Trudeau has failed to deliver a new federal budget to parliament for two years.

That image came as a reaction to a tweet from crypto news outlet Coindesk. It says,
“Canadian authorities have ordered financial institutions not to interact. With 34 different crypto addresses tied to the country’s ongoing trucker protests.”

Recently, the Canadian federal authority has cracked down on funding sources of the “trucker convoy”, which clogs the trade between the U.S. and Canada. The country imposed on drivers who carry goods to be vaccinated against covid-19 to cross the border. The U.S., UK, and Australia sent donations for the truckers. While the Canadian government didn’t like that situation and has worked to stop that flow of money.

And for cutting off the funding for the truckers, Justin Trudeau has invoked Canada’s Emergencies Act which is a very controversial move. Moreover, it pushed many people to call Trudeau a dictator of some kind.
